Chrome to Phone double notifications

I have Chrome to phone installed on all my PCs and even at work. I cant seem to figure why when I send something to my phone from any PC I get two notifications in the top bar area. Now Im only getting the item listed once when I actually open up the Chrome to Phone app itself.

I have heard of double Gmail notifications but not this and a Google Search doesn't bring anything useful up.
