Android Central Question
I woke up this morning to find out all my mobile data has been used up by Chrome in the BACKGROUND, around 7G of mobile data. I have no idea what has happened. All I know is that the last 3G of data was consumed in little more than 30 minutes (as I get warning SMS from my service operator). I usually leave my phone on overnight and this is the first time I've noticed such mobile data usage. I don't have anything out of the ordinary opened in chrome on my mobile. Upon checking the data usage in my phone, I can see that 7G of data has been consumed by Chrome in the Background (as opposed to Foreground). Does anyone know what's going on?
