Android Central Question

My Chromebook will not connect to my Galaxy Note 8 or Note 9 via Bluetooth. I have rebooted my computer and both phones several times, made all devices visible, turned Wifi off, etc.... what else can I do? I have never experienced this before. I am trying to sync my information, which is supposed to happen every time I turn the computer on.

Welcome to Android Central! Which Chromebook do you have? What kind of Bluetooth syncing are you trying to do? Your Google data should be syncing regularly through the cloud, thus obviating the need to sync via Bluetooth.

I have the Note 9. if you go under settings, then choose Google then choose Chromebook, it will connect your phone to your chromebook. I just got the Lenovo c330 and connected my Note 9. let me know if this helps.
