Chromecast, how can I watch WWE?

Chrome Cast

I am so dam confused. I thought this was supposed to be so simple. I have Chrome cast installed on my desktop and my phone. I specifically bought this contraption so my husband could watch the WWE matches on the TV. Well everything works from my phone to the TV except WWE. I downloaded the WWE app because I was told I had to so I did. Then when I try to get it from my desk top to my TV it says my WIFI is turned off. Then I find out that doesn't matter becuz chrome cast has WIFI built in it. Still, I can't do anything. I have nothing at the top of my screen that I can click on for casting. Are you seeing why I'm confused? If everything else transfers from the phone to the TV why doesn't WWE? I can watch WWE on my phone. Puke, I don't watch it at all. I'll bet I have been trying to get this hooked up for over a year now so it can watched on TV. I'm trying to spare the expense of a computer geek to come to my house. I guess I should have just paid for one. I first tried the HDMI cord and ran that from my desk top to the TV, nope. Now I'm told I have to hook up an Etherenet cord because my WIFI is for my phone. I'm starting to go bald over this. Can anyone explain why nothing I do works? I'm not what you call computer savvy as if you couldn't tell. PLEASE help?

If the WWE app on your phone is not chromecast compatible it will not have the chromecast icon and you cannot use it with chromecast. if you can watch WWE in Chrome on the computer then you should be able to cast the tab to the television assuming that you have the chromecast installed and set up correctly

You must have WiFi turned on on your phone or on your computer in order to "cast" to a Chromecast.

And the all have to be on the same wifi network.

Open the Chromecast app on the phone.
From the side menu, choose cast screen.
Open the WWE app on the phone.
Enjoy.
