Cisco WebEx Help Please

I tried using Cisco WebEx for the first time today. I was simply trying to join a meeting, not host one. The meeting was an hour long but I spent an hour and a half trying to join with no luck. I was registered, had meeting number, Web link etc. I was stumped as to what was wrong. Cisco WebEx came pre-installed and I checked for all updates. Their (WebEx) videos show it so easy to do but it was not so. I can't list what I tried to get connected because right now I don't even remember .
If someone out there has used this app can you PLEASE give me some divine guidance.

Unfortunately that site is down today for maintenance but try tomorrow. And let us know how it goes.
