According to Verizon website, the 10g package is $80 per month. Does that include the $40 per month charge for 1 smartphone? In other words, would a single line bill end up being $80 or $120 per month? The wording and the examples they use are somewhat ambiguous.

$80 is the data account access charge. The line access charge is $40 on contract /$15 on edge

No I am paying for the 10gb plan and is as such

$80 for the plan
$15 for phone access with $25 discount being using edge
$10 for tablet
$29 for the note 4 payments

Thanks. It seems there is very little incentive to draw me away from my $65 per month unlimited plan. I can self finance or swappa a phone and still come out well ahead of even a 4g plan.

There isn't IF you don't use much data. Honestly I could probably live on the 500mb plan just having email not Sync and taking off Groupme and Tapatalk off my Phone but I dont want to suffer with no internet lol. 10GB plan for me is very good but i am paying around $140 after taxes. I actually were paying around $130-$135 for T-mobile with unlimited data and i prefer Verizon
