I had an anti-glare screen protector on my iPhone 3GS and wanted to get one for the Epic. I liked how the anti-glare protectors reduce friction between the finger and screen and don't leave finger prints. This is an even bigger plus with the android password input method. Unfortunately the company that made my old iPhone screen protector doesn't make them for non-apple devices. After a bit of searching I found some good reviews of the Clarivue screen protectors for the Evo. Here's a link to the pictures of the protector on the Epic.

Overall I'm not a huge fan of the design, since it leaves a giant gap on the top of the screen and doesn't seem to fit quite right left to right. I could have done a better job of centering the protector, but I expected it to be a little closer to the size of the screen. No issues of peeling or not adhering to the screen properly and in my opinion the touch feedback has improved over the bare screen. There is also a bit of a weird "rainbow" (not sure what to call it) effect when you get really close to the screen. You see colorful sparkles appear over the screen. My other issue is with the notch at the top of the screen that attempts to make space for the the speaker. It catches on your finger when you pull down the shade. It doesn't feel like it will be an issue, but is a little weird.

I contacted Clarivue about the protector size/fit and was told that the gap is part of the design and they woud let the dev team know about my concern. No plans on improving the product.

Summary: protector quality - good, fit - poor.
