Clear the Cache

How do you clear the cache partition on the this tablet? Btw, mine is on AT&T. I have Googled it and checked the forum threads but no luck. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the quick reply! I found that page and followed the directions but my tablet never vibrated or came to the screen to select the clear cache. Thanks anyway.
