Clearing Cache

My bolt has been running slow lately, and I think that maybe clearing the cache might help? If so, what is the easiest way to do that? Thanks!

The RAM and CPU caches are cleared when you reboot the phone. Just hold down the power button and select the 'Restart' option from the power off menu. Application caches (if an app has them) are cleared by going into Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications tap on an app and select 'Clear Cache'.
