According to this thread, it means that it's defective but apparently common. I'm planning on getting it exchanged (hope they'll still do it even after 14 days), is anyone else going to do so too? I think that this causes the back to be sealed improperly and compromises the waterproofing of the phone.

On the contrary, the click means three back cover IS sealing the phone properly.

I actually will need to hear this click to ensue the back is sealed properly. I have taken my phone for swimming and shower and no problem so far.
