I can't find my clipboard on my Samsung on5 it's not on my keyboard long press and nothing

Long-press any text box should bring up the popup menu for cut, copy, paste.

The default android clipboard is a single-item temporary storage thing, no app needed.
For a multi-item clipboard with app, you or Samsung needs to install a specialized clipboard app/service.
