Closing the Internet App

Usually apps close on other Android devices with a double click of the back icon on the bottom but the Note 10.1 Internet app seems to have no close unless you click that back through all of the pages that were browsed through. There must be some easier way. How do you close the stock internet app?

I just hit the home button.

Hitting the Home button just leaves the app running in the background. Closing the tabs until you get to the blank tab and hitting the back button does then close the app. I may just install Dolphin Browser and have an exit button. I was hoping not to have to use up memory with more than one browser.
