cloud storage is full

I've gotten this message a few times. The only choices are "pay for more storage" or "remind me later"

What cloud storage would it be referring to?

Possibly photos and videos stored on your Google account. It could be an app though. I forget how to check space free in Google but going into gmail via chrome it may tell you space available there.

There are a lot of free cloud storage sites. Get one on MEGA and move everything from your Google cloud to your Mega cloud.

It's not my Google drive. I checked, I'm only using 17% of my allotment.
It's probably some Verizon cloud site that I'm not even aware of.

I don't know anything about Verizon. It could be that. Good luck! Maybe the next error message will be more specific.
