CM7 and random freeze ups

Hello,
I recently flashed CM7.1 (stable) on my NS4G. Loving it so far, except for one problem. About once every other day, the screen won't turn back on. If I pull the battery, it starts back up just fine. Any one else been experiencing this?

This used to happen to me even on stock - not sure what it is. After going to CM, it happened a couple other times but haven't noticed it in a long time. It is a known issue on the phone, even for stock users. I'd suggest a full wipe and re-flash.

Protip: If you haven't already, flashing the SPRKE5 radio will get you much better signal performance (CM comes with SPRKE8)

Try bumping up min CPU frequency from 100Mhz to 200Mhz and try a different governor (I use interactive).
