first try a known good mp3 thats not corrupt.

if it does the same thing. try formatting the SD card and putting your music back.

if that doesnt work, probably a bad flash of the rom. just try a different music app like miui music or something random from the market to see if its the app or something in android framework itself.

if no music app works, re flash the rom. wiping everything.
