CM9 RC1 vs RC2? Changelog

I can't seem to find a changelog for RC2, no matter how much I search.

What is new in RC2?

Are there any benefits in switching from RC1 to RC2 besides its being a little more stable?

Also, is there an easy way to upgrade to RC2, or do you have to go through the steps of resetting to factory, removing RC1 and then installing RC2?

well i dont nothing about the change log or any differences but i was able to just flash rc2 while i was on rc1 without resetting or restoring anything(everything worked fine for me) and i was curious about the changes to so if any1 knows i would also be interested

I noticed that it let's you resize the apps if it didn't let you before its a little more smooth and again more stable
