Cold reset, reboot no longer works! Anybody else? Since last update?

In this situation (locked bootloader, stock recovery, Android does not boot) there is no way to access your internal SD to pull data off.
Your only chance is to get the tablet to boot again and hope for the best regarding the data that's on there now.
Look at the post right above yours and follow that guide to flash the Asus firmware. If you're lucky it won't wipe your data (it shouldn't but no guarantees).
At this point whatever you have on the tablet is lost anyway. So you don't have anything to loose...
