Collage & Watermarking app

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for some advice on the best app to recommend my clients. I have three or four who use phone apps to create collages of different products, then add text etc. But every image seems to com out looking different to the last and messy.

I'd like to recommend one to them, which can provide multiple layouts and frames, allow them to add a watermark of their own logo (from png) and easily use the same text style on every image.

Any ideas on what can do this? If not, how much would I be looking to pay someone to build it for me?
