Collapse folder tree in Snote

Hi, I'm new to this forum & have only just bought my first tablet..... Can anyone tell me how to collapse the folders in S note so that only the main folders are visible?
Also when copying text from a Web page into an snote it always pastes really large, can you change the default size of the pasted text?
