Color of Text on Lock Screen

[Android Central Question]

This is going to sound petty but here goes. When I got my Note 10 a couple of weeks ago, the text on the lock screen was white, which showed up great against the Live Wallpaper I put on there. The only thing I changed was turning off and on the phone one day (simple reset, off and on). Now the lock screen text is a dark grey and hard to see. This is for the message icon, missed call icon, etc, as well as the "Swipe To Unlock" at the bottom of the screen.

How do I get it back to white or some other color ? I've been through every option in Settings I can think of but no dice.

Please help this 1st world problem !

I have a Live Wallpaper on is all but it was on before with the white text. Oddly enough the text changed to the dark grey after I powered down my phone and started it up again, but I don't see how that would have changed anything.
