ColorOs (Realme 1) from Oppo - The Phone Icon has disappeared

[Android Central Question]

The phone Icon used to make calls has mysteriously disappeared from the Bottom Tray which is usually static.

I can swipe left from the home screen and search for "Phone" and can launch it and use it as normal, however, the icon itself is missing and I need help getting it back :

(1) There is no App Drawer in ColorOs so that option is out

(2) Under Settings -> App Management, the Phone, Contacts, etc. all are enabled

What is my options to get it back short of a hard reset?
