Com.andriod.systemui has sropped working om Tab3 8.0

Does anyone know how to correct this problem on my tab3 started hapoening over last day ir so.

Uninstall updates on google search app. The latest update tried to add search functionality to the recent apps screen, but on most Samsung devices it is causing problems. There have been numerous questions regarding this issue.
