com.qisiemoji.inputmethod What is this? Can I delete it?

In my storage, the misc file takes up a lot of space. There was stuff taking up a lot of space that I know I can't/shouldn't delete, but I don't know what com.qisiemoji.inputmethod is and if something bad would happen if I deleted the file. It's taking up more than one GB.

Hi, just looking at the file name it looks like something to do with your keyboard "emoji" "inputmethod" do you have any 3rd party keyboards installed?

Yes, but the app itself only takes up about 20MB, so I don't get why the file takes up so much.
