I have had my Pixel C for 10 months and have generally loved it. For the first time since I bought my Pixel C it wouldn't wake up when I opened my folio cover. I had to hold the power button for a count of 15 and then it rebooted. I closed the cover and it went to sleep (the light bar on the back went out). I opened the cover, and nothing. I had to reboot again. Since then it has worked intermittently. I have not added any apps to my Pixel C in at least three weeks, though Google Play does update them regularly. And as I am typing this, I am getting a noticeable lag for the first time ever. I use Lookout and am generally careful in my surfing, so I am at a loss. Anybody else experiencing this?

Have you wiped the cache partition since you've owned it (or recently if you've done so in the past)? Have you tried safe mode and see if things work correctly there? If those don't work, you might have to reformat the device to see if it clears up the issue. If none of that helps, you still have a couple months of warranty, IIRC, so you might need to contact Google.

I did the cache wipe but it didn't make a difference. I will try safe mode and see what happens. I thought the warranty was 90 days but I will check that, as well. Thanks.

Let us know the outcome. I'm debating on one right now and am just curious as to issues. $600 with keyboard is still a lot of money.

I did a full wipe and the problem persists. I think it is a hardware problem because it happens even when I tap the power button to try to bring it out of sleep.
