The Harvester Combine or simply Combine was invented in 1834, in the United States, by Hiram Moore. Earlier versions of combines were pulled by horses or mules. A year later, Moore built a full-fledged version and by 1839, it could harvest over 50 acres of crops. In 1882, Hugh Victor McKay from Australia developed the first ever commercial combine and in 1885, the Sunshine Harvester.
