Comcast device configuration

[Android Central Question]

I have an lg stylo 5 and this comcast device configuration is in my apps and it wasnt there before. The funny thing is it says its from google play store but when i go to google play it isnt there. It is not a normal app for your phone. Device config. Is one thing comcast device configuration does not exist at all in the google play store and this is where the app is saying it comes from. Be sure to force stop because its not a good app. If it was downloaded luke it says from the play store then you would be able to uninstall it and you cant it dont even give you that option let alone to be able to disable. Force stop before its to late and it messes up your phone....

I figured they mean that it shows up in the Installed list in the Play Store app, but if you search for it, nothing shows up. That might happen with certain preinstalled apps.

You should still get an Uninstall button if that's the case, unless it's installed as a system app, in which case it can't be uninstalled, of course.
