Coming from Gear 2 - Is there a way for quick access to Recent Apps

On the Gear 2, you could hold 2 fingers on the screen and the recent apps would pop up. Is there some shortcut that brings up recent apps, or is it just going to apps-->recent apps every time?

When you go into apps on the watch the very first spot is a blue dot. Touch that and it is your recent apps.

Under double press home key in device options you can select recent apps. Then whenever you double press the home key it will perform the action of popping up the recent apps list.

Yeah, I know how to do that. I was just hoping there was a quicker method (like on Gear 2) versus the 3 step method to quickly switch between apps. It's not a huge deal; it would just be nice. I'm loving the watch, though.
