Did anybody that has the RAZR come from an iPhone 4S? We are getting new phones at work and I can get either the RAZR or the iPhone. Can't decide which one to get. I like the idea of the 4G network and the larger screen with my aging eyes but I also like the ability to dock an iPhone in the iHome clock radio I have and I already have some apps because of my iPod touch. Wish there was a connector on the Droids to dock them like the iPhone/iPod/iPads have.

With the RAZR, you can have the option between two docks that you can use like an iHome. The only downside to that is that there are no speakers attached to it. However, most iHome docks also have a Audio-In that you can use as well. Attach a cord from the RAZR to the iHome and all your problems are solved. Hope that helps lead you the RAZR!!!

And the "HD Dock" has an audio-out jack that you could either connect back to your iHome, or connect directly to some speakers, or to your stereo.

Greg,

I did - moved from the iPhone 4s to the Razr.

I still have an iPhone 4 and I am not one of those "this vs. that" folks, who trash other types of equipment. This said, the iPhone 4s is a fine phone and Siri is pretty cool, however; I didn't find it different enough for "my" needs, so back it went.

I really like the feel, build quality, screen, and usability of the Razr. While iOS is good for pretty much everyone, I tend to operate more in the geek zone, so I like the tech features that Android offers us. I am willing to put up with some of the limitations (doesn't sync with my iPad via iCloud) to have the extra customized experience with the Razr.

As for business use, I use a Blackberry 9930 but I could use the Razr much easier with it's larger screen (and therefore keyboard) for my also aging eyes....

Best,

Hoppy

I was planning on getting a tablet when the iPad 3 came out and wanted to have a calendar on there to sync with my phone. Might have to rethink what tablet I go with depending on what phone I go with.

I use my iPad as my tablet, but it really comes down to what fits your life.

My tablet is strictly for media, when I travel, and rss reading.

Depends on what you do with it.

I went from a 4s to a Razr. I ended up going back to the 4s due to the battery life. I love Android but I just cant put up with the terrible battery life. I hope it is better with the Nexus.
