Compass not working on Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus

On the stock rom compass is working but when I installed custom rom /RR 7.1.2/ compass isn't working how to fix it?

Maybe the new ROM has issues with your compass sensors. Have you tried installing a third-party compass app from the Play Store?

Yes I have tried but I don't get any data from the sensor.

Are you sure there IS a compass on your phone (i.e., is there a magnetic sensor on it)? For example, on my Leagoo T5c, there's no magnetic sensor, so no compass either.

Anyway i made a flashable zip with the sensors from the stock rom and now the problem is fixed

Ok, glad you got it working! These various sites that have device specs aren't always accurate -- I wish the manufacturers would maintain official pages for their phones with detailed specs...
