Computer Wont Recognize Galaxy S4 after changing RNDIS+DM+MODEM

[AC Question]

Hey guys the title pretty much says it all, i am trying to change my phone so it will work on a AWS frequency so i can use it on wind mobile in Canada, but when i dial #*0808# and change it from MTP to RNDIS+DM+MODEM my computer (Windows 10) says the latest usb device connected malfunctioned, windows does not reconize it. Does anyone have any suggestions or know what driver i need to download to have my computer read this, ifso post below please! Thanks!!
