Conditional Call Forwarding

I'm just curious, the Optimus G is my work phone. I don't always carry it after hours as I not technically "On Call". I got a call (well several calls, emails and texts) earlier this evening as I was out, and obviously wasn't there to get them. I'm wondering if there is a way to set up some kind of a "conditional" call forwarding. Meaning that if certain criteria are met, then and only then will it forward a call or a text to my personal phone. Things like between certain time frames (after hours), or from specific people (like my manager or the CIO!) I don't want it to forward all the time, just at certain times from certain people. Is there any kind of an app or setting that can do this? Free preferably...
