Conference Calling with the G4 - how to get it to work
I am a happy G4 user for the past number of months. However, one thing I can't figure out is how to get it to dial conference calls automatically from calendar, email or texts.
As an example, someone invites me to a teleconference and in the meeting notice the include the following:
Conf: 866-xxx-xxxx Code: yyyyyyyy or
888-xxx-xxx,yyyyyy
or other variations on that idea. On my Galaxy S3, it would seem figure out that there was a number and that there were other number streams in the text. It would than ask me if any of the other numbers were conference call input. Then it would connect me.
On the G4, it will highlight multiple numbers (in the example above, it will highlight both the conf number and the code number, but it seems to think they are just both phone numbers.
Can anyone get this to work on their phones?
FWIW, I have a G4 on Verizon and did search the forums before posting...
