connect hdmi to receive video

connected hdmi cable, I get "you tube", "gallery" and audio from "net flix" but no video, keeps telling me I am unplugged but I am not.

That is strange if you get you tube video but not on net flix The minute I connect any of my devices I have audio and video from all app's and home screens, have you tried different cables?
