Connected to WiFi but internet not working

Hey so, I have a Coolpad Quattro 4g Lite. My problem is, when I connect to my WiFi (or anyone else's) the WiFi is working but only a little bit. After a while, it still shows my wifi bar on the top right corner of the screen and says I am connected to whatever WiFi I am on but when I go on all my apps they say I am not connected. I try to get rid of this by turning the WiFI off for a minte then back on and it works,... But only for a little then goes back to before. I have tried resetting phone, factory reset, high factory reset, none of those works. Please help me because I just wanna use this phone already :/

Reset the router you are trying to connect to. I suspect that to be the problem - it can be reset by unplugging it for a few seconds then reconnecting and re-establishing the connection to the router. Good luck!
