Connecting Galaxy Note 10.1 to Epson projector usb port

While the Galaxy note 10.1 30 pin charger cable terminates in a USB connector that plugs into my Epson 96w projector, the projector does not recognize it. Should it not just work, or do I need to install software or use another kind of cable?

Have you tried using a 30-PIN to female USB port cable? Not saying it will work, but that is how I use my printer with my laptop (don't have that cable yet for my SGN10.1). Because they are close enough in years when made I didn't need a download from the printer manfacturer site, but they have them if needed.

People are printing from their SGN10.1 using the modern printers that allow wireless connection. That's the easiest way to print if your printer supports it.

Unfortunately I have not attempted to print from mine yet, so I have no first hand experience. Good luck.
