Connecting my Galaxy 6 to my PC

Since the update of Version 7 I have not been able to connect my phone to the PC. I was told to enable Builders mode and download drivers from Samsung. I have done both and still no luck. Any advice?

Does the PC see it but you're unable to access files? You may need to pull down the notification shade and enable file transfers.

If it's not seeing it all try downloading Smart Switch from Samsung and install that. I have it installed on my Win 7 Pro machine and I can access my tablet and my S8. Smart Switch will install the required drivers.
