Connecting to different carrier tower

I get great signal with Verizon towers except where I work. My employer has a Sprint tower on top of the building so the company phones will work. Is there any way to get my S3 to connect to the Sprint tower instead of getting no signal at all?

no way. that would be great if you could interconnect cell carriers. thats the way it should work....but it dont. can you forward your calls to your work number
