Connecting to Samsung cloud with Galaxy J3

How do I connect to Samsung cloud with my Galaxy J3? There is no mention of "cloud" under Settings and searching the user manual gives no results.

"Cloud" is "backup", "server", "app source", whatever you're looking for. The word just means "out there in the internet somewhere". Look for the function you want. Samsung apps? A cloud account to back things up? (Google is good for this sort of thing - tell it what you're looking for and it gives you links to and about it.)
