Connecting With Computer, acting like there's not enough space on card

When I tried to copy pictures from the phone to the micro SD card it worked for a while but now says it has stopped working. I've tried unplugging and plugging the cord back in to no avail. When trying to sync my 3g of music from Windows Media Player to the phone's 32g card, it says filled after sync and won't let me.

Help?
