Connection problems touchpad 7

Please help my daughter has the versus touchpad 7 with ice cream sandwich. We are having connection problems, sometimes she can connect to both google store and Internet. But last few days we haven't been able to connect at all. Saying no connection on play store and website not found on Internet, we have full wii fi connection so not sure whats going on.I'm pretty clueless with these things so any help would be appreciated.

are you running a power saving software?

Sometimes these turn off the wireless without you noticing.

Also, try turning the wifi off and on from the settings menu.
