connection server

[Android Central Question]

Keep on getting this message Cant establish a reliable connection to the server this could be a temporary problem or your android device may not be provisioned for data services if it continues call customer care what can i do to fixed it it doesnt want to open ny play store and keep on telling me this

Have you contacted customer care? Are you able to open sites in the browser? Do other data connections work? Are you able to make phone calls? Do you have WiFi available?
