Connectivity Issues?

Whenever I get home and turn on my Wi-Fi it takes my phone like 10 minutes to actually connect to my Wi-Fi (it is saved and remembered and so is the WEP key), any reason for this or way to make it faster? Also I have a Sprint Router at my house and my whole family has full bars on their phone yet I'm either roaming or have 1-2 bars. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

My Wi-Fi is really wonky on the S3. I'll be at home, connected to Wi-Fi, then I notice the connection drops, then it's back, then the Wi-Fi button won't turn off and back on. This all as I sit just feet away from the router. I have that silly Sprint Connection Optimizer turned off. Still can't seem to get a stable Wi-Fi connection at home. May be the router, because I don't have the same issue at work.
