Lenovo received certification from Google on their product... however, Lenovo chose to not put the fully functional Android Market App due to wanting to get royalties, etc. from their own version of an app market. As such, you won't get future features or even current features that are part of Google's Market app such as downloaded videos. You can verify this at their forums over at Lenovo Community - Lenovo Community.
