Considering this phone

I'm considering this phone but wanted feedback if this is a good choice coming from the LG V10? I don't need the big flagship ($$$) phones but want good battery life and camera.. Does this phone tend to lag? TIA

I'd check out the Moto G series, the E series coming from a V10 is going to feel like a hefty downgrade.
