Constant Awake?

Anyone else's 10 showing that the phone is "awake" in the battery stats 100% of the time? My wife's is doing that, but it doesn't seem to be affecting the battery life that much as she can regularly get 3-4 hour of SoT and make it all day. The graph does also show the battery line flat when she's not using it, indicating to me that the phone is dozing.

I had this a couple days ago. Android OS was the culprit keeping it awake. A restart fixed it.

We have two HTC 10s that are doing this now and a restart does not help. We've disabled Backup, GPS, most sync, and that helped with the battery utilization but the devices are still always "awake" even when the screen is off. We've not added in new apps. This started the week of June 20th and is driving us insane. The data usage has also gone off the rails.
