Constant error message

Throughout the day I get the following error message, my phone freezes for about 3-5 seconds and then works fine till the next time. Any assistance is appreciated, the error message is:

"unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped."

Looks like something is jacked in yoyr system try to do a factory reset that should clear up your issue
