constantly switching networks

so visited a place i go to about 3 times a month and it kept switching networks so fast that i wasnt getting any internet connection and was killing my battery. signal was really low. i used fi switch to lock on sprint and was between lte and 3g all day. this happen to anyone else??

I probably would have rebooted the phone, see if that made a difference. It does seem like something to report to Fi.

The Fi rep I was talking to today suggested I turn airplane mode on and then off to force it to refresh and lock onto signal.
