While using browser, my phone suddenly shut off (not because of low battery, the phone was charged to 84%, give or take). I tried to turn it back on using the power button, and it froze on the orange screen.
After several minutes, I tried to reboot, ending in the same thing- orange screen, no change for close to an hour.
To 'turn off' my phone after these failed attempts, I have to remove the battery (none of the buttons have any effect while frozen on the orange screen)
There's been no additional print and no way for me to know what's going on with my phone.
I guess I'd just like to know if there is anything more/different I can do? Or if it's just broken.
Additional Question: In the latter case, is there any way for me to access the notes from my phone?
