contact circles

How do I create contact circles on my nexus? I seen a commercial stating it was an option but I'm not sure where to access the option to create the circles.

What's the purpose of making groups on the nexus if I can't send anything to that specific group?

you can through google+ app as well as when you share something you pick what circle it goes to

The ad is a little misleading about that. It would be a GREAT feature for a future update though.

not sure what's misleading about it, it's very easy to share info to the circles you want... I do it all the time. Especially that ex-girlfriend circle lol

its misleading because the average person would think that you can set up your phonebook into circles and that its more of a central feature of the device rather than only for google+

This, the way the ad portrays it makes it seem like it's part of ICS' address book. I actually second guessed "hey, I don't recall hearing about that!" myself aloud when I saw the ad for the first time.

Yea, that's what I thought. Almost all my friends are sticking with facebook for the time being so that useless to me.
