Contact pictures

Not sure if this has been addressed before, so I apologize a head of time if this is a repost. But I'm looking to sync up better pictures with my phone contacts. Anyone know a way to perhaps get my CURRENT Google Contacts their Facebook pictures? I don't want all my Facebook friends to suddenly appear on my Google account, just want the friends that are in my contacts already to have nicer 'HD' pictures.

Use the app haxsync, theirs a sticky in this forum and when you set it up choose to only sync already existing contacts.
